Kate is a Gold Coast lawyer and university lecturer.
She’s a busy mother and very time poor – between her work and busy weekends full of school sports and family time. Her children are important to her, so she prioritises them on the weekend.

On that we designed & built a pair of large duplexes, both with double lockup garages.
We tendered our plans to our preferred builders and had the job completed to a high standard, completely turnkey with nothing more to pay. Our builders are a large part of our secret sauce.

Headworks charges, strata fees and all related council obligations and fees were included in the construction costs.
The completed project was $735,000 full turnkey no more pay.
Kate was delighted! So much so that she decided that she would sell in order to build another project. The completed project is now on the market, selling two separate units for $455,000 each.
That’s $910,000 in gross realisation.
At $455,000, the total profit is a staggering $175,000, over the space of 9 months, less our commission and marketing fees.
She’s a very happy customer, with a great quality Duplex project. The best part is that everybody wins – that’s the way we like it.
Once this project is sold Kate will be ready to build another one with us.
It’s a new Hobby for Kate, she invests for her retirement, spending some of her profits on a Great Holidays for her and her family. We do all the work and research for our clients – we’ve even been known to invest ourselves and share the profits via Joint Venture. We put our money where our mouth is and always back up our claims.
